Social Hex

Album Description

Social Hex is my 8th album of 2019.

It mainly pertains to the negative social cycles that we all face. However, if you listen between the bars, you'll see that I give you the keys to unlock the positive side of this vicious cycle. Below I have broken down the most integral parts of the album into sections. These sections are intended to enlighten each Loyal Listener as to their own importance, what’s going on in the world, and how it can be changed.

The First Society

The first society established was you. The Most High created you and saw that you were good, just like all the other wonderful things he had made. As a child, he saw that you had a good mind and a good heart. He saw how comfortable you were with yourself and how you treated yourself with love and respect. He witnessed you only thinking good things, which he was most proud of.

Then, before you even got a chance to say ‘hello’ to the world, it grabbed you up. The world attempted to stop that brilliant light emanating from you. Day in and day out, year after year, the cruel world threw its shade on you. Teachers teaching lies, parents speaking against righteousness, and hurt people encouraging you to follow degrading trends and a life-damaging system. You ask yourself, “Have I been so bright that they gotta throw shade?” The answer: Yes.

Social Jobs for Social Crimes
This purposeful shade that they have been throwing at you your whole life is a systematic strategy to put you behind bars and throw away the key. Let me explain this system by using a few of the 7 deadly sins: envy, greed, pride and wrath.
As it pertains to the messages delivered in Social Hex, envy is the biggest enemy. Envy = Media. Media is a major tool that this crooked system uses to get us to go against each other. They push envy on every corner like cocaine. Envy begets jealousy and rivalry on our streets because one person doesn’t have what someone else has. This begets greed. Greed inspires you to want more money so that you can buy an even bigger and better thing than another person has. This begets excessive pride. Now you feel you are better than that man. Not caring that in turn, you have made that man envious against you. And all of this begets wrath; the most dangerous. This is the point at which true hate and anger arise. And this, my Loyal Listeners, is where they get us.
They get us behind bars. They get us behind physical bars to serve more years and mental bars to shed more tears. The mental bars are where a large majority of us are. We are mentally doing double time for a wicked system to outdo each other and outdo ourselves. Not realizing that it is brutally destroying our families...
